We primarily serve clients in the East and South Bay areas but we also represent clients throughout the state on a case by case basis.     Sexual harassment is unwanted touching, acting or speech that causes severe emotional distress to those who are the target of the harassment. Both federal and state law prohibit sexual harassment. It is a clear violation of civil rights.
